Lead end-to-end tender administration and submission procedures for large-scale civil works
Conduct comprehensive cost estimation and quantitative risk assessments for commercial bids
Direct the commercial strategy during the bidding phase to ensure competitive positioning
Manage internal and external stakeholders to compile compliant proposal documentation
Evaluate contract terms to safeguard business interests and minimize potential liabilities

Proven track record in managing tender processes within the civil and infrastructure domain
Sound knowledge of local procurement standards, legal frameworks, and contract forms
Strong analytical capabilities in commercial risk assessment and cost estimation
Professional qualification in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Excellent negotiation abilities and effective stakeholder engagement skills
