Job summary

Asia Food City Management Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Leasing Executive to drive tenant acquisition, manage the full leasing cycle, and support tenancy operations across outlets. You will source suitable tenants, negotiate terms, and coordinate tenancy agreements to achieve occupancy targets while maintaining strong tenant relationships.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in leasing, retail, or F&B industry.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good follow-up discipline and tenant relationship management.
• Proactive, results- and detail oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel for site visits and tenant meetings.

Responsibilities

• Source and secure suitable tenants to achieve occupancy targets and support business growth.
• Manage the full leasing cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and tenancy agreement execution.
• Evaluate tenants’ business concepts, menus, and market positioning to ensure alignment with outlet’s strategy.
• Coordinate tenant onboarding, ensuring all pre-opening requirements are fulfilled (e.g. licenses, menu submission, permits).
• Guide tenants through setup processes, including utilities, equipment, and store readiness.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth outlet opening.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants to drive long‑term retention.
• Respond to tenant enquiries, complaints, requests, and feedback promptly.
• Monitor tenancy expiry dates and initiate renewal discussions in a timely manner.
