Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Real Estate or Business Studies/ Administrative/ Management.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail store expansion and site acquisition.
• Able to priorities multiple ongoing projects & consistently work within tight deadlines.
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Possess own transport and willing to travelling across Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, evaluate, and secure strategic locations to support outlet growth and business expansion plans.
• Assist in rental negotiation matters, execute tenancy agreements and manage ongoing lease obligations.
• Responsible for Lease Administration by overseeing the full lifecycle of lease administration, including renewals, terminations and accurate documentation.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with landlords, property owners and real estate agencies to foster long-term partnerships.
• Review and analyze financial reports, prepare feasibility studies and develop business proposals to support store expansion initiatives.
