Job summary

Infineon Technologies AG in Malaysia conducts sample preparation activities for new and existing development projects. You will support analytical services in Imaging & Preparation, ensure equipment is well maintained, and uphold 5S and safety rules for all machines and workstations.

The role requires a Diploma in Mechatronic/Electrical/Mechanical, SPM with Maths & English, and at least 6 years of QM Failure Analysis experience in semiconductor manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Diploma in an engineering field is required.
• SPM with Maths and English is mandatory.
• Experience in QM Failure Analysis in semiconductor manufacturing is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform sample preparation activities for development projects.
• Support analytical services in Imaging & Preparation.
• Maintain analytical equipment to stay in good condition.
• Ensure 5S and safety compliance for machines and workstations.
• Dispose of chemical and critical waste properly.
• Interact with engineers and internal teams; fulfill ad-hoc requests.

Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Support analytical services (Field Of Knowledge): Imaging & Preparation.
• Perform sample preparation activities for new and existing development / technology projects.
• Responsible for maintaining analytical equipment under their care to ensure always in good condition.
• Fulfill tasks and targets which will be deployed from time to time.
• Ensure compliance of 5S and safety rules for all machines, equipment and workstations.
• Responsible for disposal of chemical waste and critical waste.
• Have good communication skills to interact with engineers and internal team.
• To support ad-hoc request assign by superior.

Qualifications & skills

• Minimum Diploma in Mechatronic/ Electrical/ Mechanical or relevant engineering field.
• Must passed SPM , including Maths & English subjects.
• Minimum 6 years of QM Failure Analysis replated experience from semicond manufacturing.
• Knowledge in semiconductor backend process.
• Must be able to work in 12 hours shift (Day/Night: 7am-7pm, 7pm-7am)
