Job summary

Lumileds is seeking a highly-qualified Staff/Senior Technical Project Lead to take responsibility for the Development Life Cycle for Automotive/Non-Automotive industry. You will develop & support product development activities for new product/package/technology.

You will lead a cross-functional team of engineers and technicians, coordinate worldwide ramp to high volume after release, and ensure robust product releases through APQP, DOE, SPC, and FMEA processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Engineering or Applied Science with relevant experience.
• 7+ years of engineering experience in semiconductor manufacturing, preferably LED.
• Experience with Automotive product development processes (APQP).
• Strong knowledge of DOE, SPC, Process Flow, Control Plan and FMEA.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Define, plan and execute product development programs from concept to release (MPR).
• Support worldwide R&D, TSM and Product Marketing on roadmaps.
• Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and technicians across disciplines.
• Ramp new products to high volume after release and stabilize yields.
• Apply manufacturing process development practices and comply with safety requirements.
