Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end product yield and performance improvements with cross-site teams.
• Lead product performance analysis using manufacturing and reliability data.
• Provide technical leadership as a focal point for complex product issues.
• Mentor engineers and promote data-driven decision making.
• Define product engineering strategies and roadmaps.
