上海怡瑞投资管理咨询有限公司 is seeking a High-Tech Recruitment Consultant based in Malaysia to source talent for the chip/semiconductor sector and manage full-cycle recruitment locally. You will work with both local and China-based teams to build a strong Malaysia talent pipeline and provide ongoing sourcing insights.

The role requires at least 2 years in recruitment/headhunting, strong English, and the ability to review technical resumes related to hardware and supply chain roles.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment/headhunting experience in semiconductor, hardware, electronics manufacturing, or supply chain roles.
• Fluency in English and residence in Malaysia.
• Basic understanding of chip hardware and factory supply chain roles to review technical resumes.
• Strong independent sourcing skills; familiar with local talent platforms like LinkedIn and Dealls.
• Ability to communicate across time zones with the China-based team.

Aufgaben

• Source talent for the chip/semiconductor sector across hardware R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, HR and related roles.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment independently: alignment, sourcing, interviewing, salary negotiations, offers and onboarding support.
• Build a local Malaysia talent pipeline for semiconductors and electronics manufacturing and maintain long-term candidate relationships.
• Collaborate with the China recruitment team, provide progress updates, and deliver sourcing reports and market intelligence.
