Job summary

UST in Penang, Malaysia is seeking a recruitment professional to manage the full lifecycle for semiconductor-related roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers and onboarding. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment with exposure to engineering, technology, manufacturing, or semiconductor hiring.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and direct search techniques.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for semiconductor-related positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, position requirements, and hiring priorities.
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and networking events.
• Conduct candidate assessments and coordinate technical interviews.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring demands.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and recruitment best practices.
