上海怡瑞投资管理咨询有限公司 is seeking a High-Tech Recruitment Consultant based in Malaysia to source talent for the chip/semiconductor sector and manage full-cycle recruitment locally. You will work with both local and China-based teams to build a strong Malaysia talent pipeline and provide ongoing sourcing insights.

The role requires at least 2 years in recruitment/headhunting, strong English, and the ability to review technical resumes related to hardware and supply chain roles.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment/headhunting experience in semiconductor, hardware, electronics manufacturing, or supply chain roles.
• Fluency in English and residence in Malaysia.
• Basic understanding of chip hardware and factory supply chain roles to review technical resumes.
• Strong independent sourcing skills; familiar with local talent platforms like LinkedIn and Dealls.
• Ability to communicate across time zones with the China-based team.

High-Tech Recruitment Consultant (Based in Malaysia)

Location: Malaysia

Job Responsibilities

1. Source talent for the chip/semiconductor sector, covering hardware R&D, semiconductor manufacturing, supply chain procurement/PMC, finance, HR and other functional roles.

2. Manage full-cycle recruitment independently: requirement alignment, talent mapping, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, salary negotiation, offer follow-up and onboarding support.

3. Build the local talent pipeline for Malaysia’s semiconductor and electronics manufacturing industries, and maintain long-term relationships with candidates.

4. Collaborate with the China recruitment team, update hiring progress, and deliver sourcing reports & market talent intelligence.

Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years of recruitment/headhunting experience; prior experience recruiting for semiconductor, hardware, electronics manufacturing or supply chain roles is a strong plus.

2. Reside in Malaysia and familiar with the local talent market. Fluent in English.

3. Basic understanding of chip hardware and factory supply chain roles, capable of reviewing technical resumes.

4. Result-oriented with strong independent sourcing skills. Familiar with local talent platforms including LinkedIn and Dealls.

5. Able to communicate cross-timezone with the China-based team.
