Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality lectures and seminars to tertiary students across subjects
• Develop and update curricula to match industry standards
• Assess student performance via exams, assignments and practicals
• Mentor and support junior teaching staff in pedagogical growth
• Conduct research and scholarly activities in your field
• Develop teaching resources, materials, and educational technology initiatives
• Participate in departmental meetings and strategic planning
• Guide student supervision, including thesis guidance
• Collaborate to ensure academic standards and quality assurance
• Stay current with disciplinary developments and apply knowledge in teaching
