Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Education or equivalent teaching qualification.
• At least 2 years of tutoring, education, or classroom teaching experience.
• Strong subject matter expertise across core disciplines (Maths, Bahasa Melayu, English, Science).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Proven ability to engage and motivate students of different ages and abilities.
• Patience, empathy and genuine passion for helping students succeed.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple students and schedules.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools for enhanced learning.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver engaging tuition lessons tailored to individual student needs and learning styles.
• Assess student understanding and progress through regular evaluations and feedback sessions.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on academic performance and areas for improvement.
• Create and maintain comprehensive lesson plans and student progress records.
• Identify students' learning difficulties and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
