• Proven ability to engage and motivate students of different ages and abilities.
• Patience, empathy and genuine passion for helping students succeed.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple students and schedules.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools for enhanced learning.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in tutoring, education, or classroom teaching
• Strong subject matter expertise in one or more academic disciplines (e.g., Mathematics, Bahasa Melayu, Manderin, English and Science)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Proven ability to engage and motivate students of different age groups and ability levels

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple students and lesson schedules
