Clever Sri Petaling is seeking a passionate Tuition Teacher to join our Kuala Lumpur-based centre. This full-time role focuses on delivering engaging lessons, monitoring progress, and creating a positive learning atmosphere that supports student growth and confidence.

The ideal candidate holds a teaching qualification and has at least two years of tutoring or classroom experience, with strong communication, organisational, and tech skills to support diverse learners.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Education or equivalent teaching qualification.
• At least 2 years of tutoring, education, or classroom teaching.
• Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics, Bahasa Melayu, English, or Science, with excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver engaging tuition lessons tailored to student needs.
• Assess progress through regular evaluations and feedback sessions.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents on academic performance.
• Maintain lesson plans and student progress records.
• Identify learning difficulties and adapt teaching strategies.
• Collaborate with parents and fellow tutors for consistent support.
• Create a positive, encouraging classroom environment for active participation.
• Prepare students for examinations with targeted revision sessions.
• Stay updated with current educational practices and continuously improve teaching methods.
