Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Senior HR Executive in Talent Development & Engagement to support the Training & Development function and lead HR projects focused on talent development and retention.

The role involves driving training initiatives, conducting LNA, developing learning plans, and evaluating training effectiveness, with emphasis on employee engagement and experience across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and identifying skill gaps.
• Hands-on experience coordinating training programs and learning initiatives.
• Experience evaluating training effectiveness and impact.

Responsibilities

• Drive and coordinate training and development initiatives aligned with business needs and priorities.
• Conduct Learning Needs Analysis and collaborate with managers to identify skills gaps.
• Develop and coordinate learning plans, internal/external training, OJT programs and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Maintain training records, reports and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Lead talent development and employee engagement initiatives across the organization.
• Contribute to HR projects focusing on retention, development and experience.
• Analyze employee feedback and retention trends to propose improvements.
• Partner with managers and employees to strengthen continuous learning and engagement.
