Job summary

AT&S is a global leader in high-end IC substrates and printed circuit boards, expanding its Kulim operations in Malaysia. This Talent Acquisition role focuses on scaling recruitment across manufacturing and engineering to support rapid growth.

You will lead major hiring projects, build pipelines, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape talent strategies and employer branding initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 8+ years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience.
• Proven success recruiting in manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics or fast-paced production environments.
• Experience managing high-volume hiring projects and workforce ramp-ups.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities across manufacturing and engineering functions.
• Manage large-scale hiring projects and workforce ramp-ups.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners and leaders to understand hiring priorities.
• Build and manage talent pipelines for manufacturing, engineering, technical and operational roles.
• Represent AT&S at industry events, career fairs and university engagements.
• Support recruitment process improvements and scalable hiring solutions.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
