Job summary

AT&S in Kulim is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist / Senior Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment across manufacturing and engineering functions, supporting rapid expansion of our Kulim operations.

You will partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring priorities, build pipelines, and manage high-volume hiring while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• 8+ years of Talent Acquisition or Recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting in manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, industrial, automotive, or fast-paced production environments.
• Experience managing high-volume hiring projects and workforce ramp-ups.
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence at multiple levels.
• Experience working with recruitment agencies, external partners and sourcing channels.
• Strong analytics and reporting using recruitment metrics to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across manufacturing and engineering functions.
• Manage large-scale hiring projects and workforce ramp-ups.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and leaders on hiring priorities.
• Build and manage talent pipelines for key manufacturing, engineering, technical and operational roles.
• Represent AT&S at industry events, career fairs and employer branding initiatives.
• Support continuous recruitment process improvements and scalable hiring solutions.
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
