Job summary

AT&S Malaysia in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah, invites a seasoned production supervisor to join the Operations Team. You will coordinate production activities, ensure material and personnel readiness, and drive quality across manufacturing processes.

The role requires a strong background in semiconductor/PCB substrate environments, leadership skills, and the ability to optimize schedules while maintaining safety standards. An engineering or materials science degree is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Material Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years experience in supervisory role in Semiconductor/PCB/Substrate fabrication or related.
• Knowledge of quality tools: 8D, SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA, CP, JMP Software, Six Sigma tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all production activities to meet schedules and ensure resources are available.
• Uphold quality standards and implement quality control measures.
• Lead and manage production teams; motivate and guide staff.
• Develop and implement production plans based on orders and inventory levels.
• Monitor inventory of raw materials and finished goods; coordinate with purchasing and logistics.
