AT&S Malaysia invites applications for a Manufacturing Engineer - Operations in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah. The role focuses on developing and improving production processes for IC substrate fabrication, driving continuous improvement, and leading NPI activities from pilot to mass production.

You will collaborate with Process, Quality, R&D, and Equipment Engineering to resolve lead time issues. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, at least 2 years in operations, and

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations.
• Experience in Semiconductor or PCB or Substrate fabrication; cleanroom environment.
• Knowledge of quality tools: 8D, SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA, CP, JMP Software, Six Sigma.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams to resolve lead time issues.
• Willingness to work in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and improve production process for IC substrate fabrication in Mechanical operation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Process, Quality, R&D, Equipment Engineering) to resolve lead time issue for improvement.

• Specift and validate new tools jigs or fixtures required for high-precision substrate manufacturing.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in operations.
• Experience inSemiconductor or PCB or Substrate Fabrications, Wafer Fabrication or equivalent, (required to work in clean room enviroment)
• Knowledge of quality tools: 8D, SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA, CP, JMP Software, Six Sigma Process tools
• Carry out productivity improvement projects
• Crossed functional teams coordination and execution
• Able to work under tight schedule to deliver result
