Job summary

AT&S, a leading global manufacturer of high-end IC substrates and PCBs, seeks a Director of Project Management in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah, Malaysia. You will lead complex programs across functions and sites, translating strategy into executable roadmaps and ensuring governance, risk management, and executive reporting.

This role demands senior leadership to drive value, cost optimization, and growth in a global manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven experience in project, program, or portfolio management within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional programs across multiple sites and international teams.
• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, MSP, PRINCE2 or equivalent are strongly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-impact programs across multiple sites and functions to achieve strategic objectives with robust governance and disciplined execution.
• Translate Business Unit strategy into executable program roadmaps to accelerate growth and profitability.
• Direct cross-functional teams to ensure integrated execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Establish governance, reporting, and escalation mechanisms for transparency and timely decisions.
• Drive transformation initiatives to improve cost, delivery, quality, and productivity.
• Develop business cases and investment proposals to support strategic decisions.
• Mentor and develop program managers to strengthen organizational capability.
• Manage strategic stakeholder relationships and communicate status to senior leadership.
