Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to lead technical design and deployment of replacement public safety radio systems in the AMEA region. You will drive network integration, ensure smooth migrations, and own system acceptance with customers.

You will coordinate with project management, field engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable upgrades while minimizing service disruption and maintaining strict timelines.

Formación

• Degree in information technology or related field.
• Strong knowledge of IP routing and switching.
• Experience with public safety radio networks is beneficial.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work flexible hours.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement replacement Public Safety radio systems.
• Plan migrations to minimize service disruption to mission-critical systems.
• Act as technical authority for system acceptance testing with customers.
• Configure and document network devices across switches, routers, firewalls.
• Develop system documentation including diagrams and configurations.
• Collaborate with global infrastructure teams across time zones.
