Qualifications

• Graduate in Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent discipline.
• Internships/projects in Public Safety and Mission Critical ops, Data analytics, Automation, Cybersecurity, NOC & SOC, Customer support, Life Cycle Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and on-site support for deployed systems, collaborating with service teams and vendors.
