Job summary

AS Watson Group in Malaysia seeks an experienced finance professional to manage AP operations and supplier governance. You will review DN/CN transactions, amendments, and supplier profiles, ensuring accuracy and compliance across ERP systems.

You will support supplier onboarding, due diligence, bank changes, and reconciliations, collaborate with Finance, Trading, and Procurement, and uphold governance controls with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting/finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Accounts Payable, Trade Finance, Supplier Management, or Finance Operations.
• Knowledge of supplier onboarding, vendor governance, and reconciliation processes.

Responsibilities

• Review DN/CN transactions and stock amendment requests.
• Review GR & RTV amendments, under-invoice and omitted invoice refund cases.
• Support supplier onboarding and due diligence screening processes.
• Review supplier profile maintenance and bank account change requests.
• Monitor and review potential inactive supplier records.
• Review supplier reconciliations, journals, AP ageing, and balance sheet schedules.
• Support TTA review and administration activities.
• Ensure supplier-related processes comply with governance and control requirements.
• Work closely with Finance, Trading, Supply Chain, Procurement, and suppliers to resolve operational matters.
