Job summary

Flex is seeking a DL Sourcing and Recruiting professional in Bukit Minyak, Penang to manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles, ensuring efficient, equitable processes and a positive candidate experience.

You will collaborate with HR and hiring managers, build diverse candidate pipelines, advise on market salary, and promote Flex culture while representing the company at job fairs and recruitment events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven experience in sourcing and recruiting across multiple roles.
• Ability to build diverse and inclusive candidate pipelines and use modern recruiting techniques.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles.
• Prepare and post job advertisements and specifications.
• Shortlist candidates, liaise with agencies, and coordinate interviews.
• Advise HR on market intelligence including talent pools and salary benchmarks.
