Job summary

Flex is a diversified manufacturing partner and a global employer of choice in Penang. Flex seeks a DL Senior Recruiter to join the Bukit Minyak team and lead end-to-end recruitment for a range of roles, ensuring efficient, equitable processes and strong candidate experiences.

You will develop search strategies with a focus on diversity, partner with hiring teams, and promote Flex culture at job fairs and in the applicant journey across social media and postings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of recruitment experience.
• Understanding of how work contributes to team performance.
• Developing professional expertise in recruiting/sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles.
• Prepare and post social media job ads and web postings.
• Shortlist candidates, liaise with agencies, coordinate interviews.
• Provide market insights on salary and talent pools.
• Advise on diversity and inclusion in search strategies.
• Build relationships to create strong candidate pipelines.
