Job summary

RHB Banking Group is seeking a Solution Delivery Expert to lead the end-to-end delivery of technology solutions for asset management operations. You will partner with business and technical teams to define requirements, design solutions, and drive implementation to improve efficiency and client experience.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT with 4–6 years in solution delivery or related fields, and strong knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies, plus experience

• 4–6 years of experience in solution delivery or technology implementation.
• Strong understanding of asset management operations and regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record of delivering complex technology solutions and managing large projects.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Solution Delivery Expert to join RHB Asset Management Sdn Bhd. In this role, you will lead the implementation and delivery of innovative technology solutions that support asset management operations and enhance client services.

You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end solution delivery, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, implement, and integrate new technologies and processes that drive operational efficiency and support strategic initiatives.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
• 4–6 years of experience in solution delivery, application support, or technology implementation, preferably within asset management or financial services
• Strong understanding of asset management operations, investment processes, and regulatory requirements
• Proven track record of delivering complex technology solutions and managing large-scale projects
• Good understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft .NET , MS SQL , or Oracle
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders
• Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or CFA are highly desirable
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
