Job summary

RHB Banking Group is seeking a Solution Delivery Expert to lead the end-to-end delivery of technology solutions for asset management operations. You will partner with business and technical teams to define requirements, design solutions, and drive implementation to improve efficiency and client experience.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT with 4–6 years in solution delivery or related fields, and strong knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies, plus experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master's degree advantageous).
• 4–6 years of experience in solution delivery or technology implementation.
• Strong understanding of asset management operations and regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record of delivering complex technology solutions and managing large projects.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic technology solutions across asset management functions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical and system requirements.
• Design and implement innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and client experience.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for solution implementation initiatives.
• Provide expert guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the solution delivery lifecycle.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend new solutions and continuous improvements.
• Develop and maintain documentation for solution architecture, processes, and best practices.
• Ensure all solution deliveries comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Prepare and present progress reports, updates, and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
