Job summary

RHB Bank Berhad is seeking a professional to manage a core portfolio of Middle Market/SME clients in Kuala Lumpur. You will maintain relationships, identify opportunities for loans, and coordinate with product specialists to address client needs.

The role emphasizes strong credit awareness, timely handling of processes, and delivering excellent customer experience while growing the SME business within approved risk parameters.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and deepen relationships with a core portfolio of Middle Market/SME clients (minimum 30).
• Drive primary sales through acquisition of new Middle Market/SME customers and new loans to existing clients.
• Carry out account planning with product specialists to identify customers and products to offer based on need.
• Monitor overall customer experience and promptly address any process lapses or delays in TAT.
• Ensure customers meet basic credit requirements and maintain NPL within approved budget.
• Provide qualitative credit assessments for each loan application.
• Work closely with Account Managers to service clients and grow the SME book.
