Job summary

RHB Group in Malaysia is seeking an experienced credit/relationship professional to manage a core portfolio of Middle Market and SME clients. You will drive primary sales through new client acquisitions and new loans to existing customers, while coordinating with product specialists to tailor offerings.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in credit, with strong analytical and credit writing skills to assess applications and prepare proposals for approval.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' credit experience including credit risk, processing, evaluation and appraisal.
• Strong credit writing and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a core portfolio of 30 Middle Market/ SME clients.
• Drive new Middle Market/ SME loans and acquisitions.
• Perform account planning with product specialists to tailor offerings.
• Ensure timely customer experience and resolve process delays.
• Provide qualitative credit assessment for applications and support credit proposals.
• Vet, sign and deliver Letters of Offer.
