Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in credit risk, lending products or lending solutions in banking, focused on SMEs.
• Proven expertise in developing and managing Unsecured SME loans.
• Strong understanding of credit assessment methodologies and risk management principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage SME lending products and solutions, including unsecured loans.
• Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify product opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales, risk, operations, and legal teams to launch and manage products.
• Assess and manage credit risks, implementing risk mitigation for SME lending.
• Monitor portfolio performance and advise on features, pricing, and policy adjustments.
• Provide guidance and training to sales and relationship managers on SME lending.
• Ensure lending solutions comply with internal policies, regulations, and best practices.
• Contribute to strategic planning and execution of SME lending initiatives.
