RHB Bank Berhad seeks a Specialist, SME Lending Solutions to develop and manage a range of SME lending products, including unsecured loans, while mitigating credit risk. You will analyze market trends, collaborate across teams, and ensure compliant product launches and ongoing management.

With 3–5 years in credit risk or SME lending, you will guide sales and relationship managers, monitor portfolio performance, and contribute to strategic SME initiatives in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Admin, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in credit risks, lending products, or lending solutions within the banking/financial services industry.
• Proven expertise in developing and managing unsecured loans for SMEs.
• Strong understanding of credit assessment methodologies and risk management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive suite of SME lending products and solutions, including unsecured loan options.
• Conduct thorough analysis of market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
• Collaborate with sales, risk, operations, and legal teams to ensure seamless product development, launch, and ongoing management.
• Assess and manage credit risks associated with SME lending products, developing and implementing appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor portfolio performance and provide recommendations for adjustments to product features, pricing, and policies.
• Provide expert guidance and training to sales and relationship managers on SME lending products and solutions.
• Ensure all lending solutions comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of RHB Bank Berhad's SME lending initiatives.
