AEON Bank is seeking a Business Coverage Relationship Manager to aggressively acquire SME and Commercial Banking clients, manage portfolios, and deepen high-touch engagement. You will promote BCA-i, term deposits, and Shariah-compliant financing while leveraging digital onboarding, API integrations, and partner ecosystems to expand deposits and share of wallet.

The role requires 3–10 years in Business/SME Banking, strong credit analysis skills, and excellent stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 3 to 10 years of experience in Business/SME Banking Coverage or Commercial Relationship Management.
• Experience in business lending, financial statement analysis, credit structuring, and portfolio management.
• Strong understanding of Shariah-compliant commercial banking products and digital banking platforms.
• AICB certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Originate and manage a high-value SME/Commercial Banking portfolio to grow deposits and financing.
• Identify NTB customers and promote BCA-i, term deposits, and Shariah-financing solutions.
• Drive non-funded income and cross-sell digital banking products and cash management.
• Collaborate with partnerships to generate leads and ensure smooth digital onboarding and API integrations.
