Job summary

Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad is seeking an SME Banking professional to manage a dedicated SME portfolio, achieve personal and business centre targets, and drive cross-selling of banking products and services. The role emphasizes building strong client relationships, acquiring quality loan and deposit customers, and implementing the bank's business plans while complying with regulatory requirements.

The candidate should possess at least 2 years' experience in Commercial/SME/Corporate lending

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in Commercial/SME/Corporate lending and relationship management skills.
Basic understanding of financial accounts
Good Interpersonal skills
Banking know-how with credit knowledge is preferred
Able to work independently and under pressure
Resourceful and result-oriented

Responsibilities

To manage the assigned SME portfolio with the objective of meeting personal and business centre targets.
To continuously cross-sell the Bank's products & services, with the objective of meeting the customer needs and achieving the Bank's financial objectives.
To acquire new quality loan / deposit customers.
To execute business plans and strategies set by the Bank.
To comply with all relevant rules and regulations governing the Bank.
To collaborate with product specialists in enhancing utilization of banking facilities, including by not limited to: Trade, Forex, Cash Management Solutions.
