Job summary

Maxis is seeking a Mid Market Account Manager to oversee SME relationships in Sarawak. You will translate client needs into Maxis solutions, build long-term partnerships and drive revenue growth for a diverse portfolio.

You will identify opportunities, manage accounts, and collaborate with Solution Sales/Pre-Sales to craft tailored proposals, while ensuring accurate CRM data and timely delivery to customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic and tactical plans for the market portfolio and meet KPI goals.
• Grow account depth and breadth; close deals and manage relationships with customers.
• Identify retention strategies to minimize churn across accounts.
• Screen data for potential deals and analyse market strategy and risks for decisions.
• Ensure CRM pipeline is updated and opportunities advance from creation to closing.
