is seeking a aggressive Smart Home Solution Business Developer to hunt, pitch, and close multi-million-ringgit ecosystems across B2B, B2G, property developers, and luxury estates in Malaysia. You will lead frontline negotiations, articulate the ROI and security of Aihome's ecosystem to boardrooms, and build strategic partnerships with developers, architects, and government buyers.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of hardcore business development experience in B2B, B2G or Real Estate tech sales.
• Proven track record of closing high-value commercial contracts.
• Understanding of property developers tender processes and B2G procurement.
• Tech-articulate: translate complex IoT specs into business benefits.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

• Omni-Channel hunting across property developers, B2G, B2B, and luxury B2C sectors.
• Run boardroom-level pitches and articulate ROI and security of Aihome ecosystems.
• Navigate long, complex sales cycles with multi-phase project rollouts.
• Build relentless networks with architects, contractors, and decision-makers.
