N.I. Interior Design & Furniture SDN. BHD. in Balakong, Selangor, is hiring a Senior Site Supervisor to oversee daily on-site operations, manage teams and ensure projects meet safety, quality, and schedule targets.

You will coordinate with clients, contractors, and head office, driving efficiency and cost control while maintaining high standards of workmanship and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of site supervision experience in construction or interior design.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and site management.
• Excellent communication in English and Malay.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities, including labour management, material handling, and equipment usage.
• Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets, identifying and addressing any deviations promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections and safety briefings.
• Manage communication between site teams, clients, contractors and head office to maintain project alignment.
• Quality control inspection of all work performed, ensuring adherence to design specifications and standards.
• Coordinate material procurement and inventory management to prevent delays or wastage.
• Prepare daily reports, site documentation and maintain accurate record-keeping.
• Lead and mentor site personnel, fostering a productive and safety-conscious work environment.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Liaise with clients regarding project updates, concerns and any necessary modifications
