Job summary

Creationz Alliance Group is seeking a Site Supervisor for interior design and fit-out projects in Malaysia. You will assist the Project Manager in monitoring costs, vendor claims, and material delivery schedules on-site to keep progress aligned with plans.

You will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with ISO standards, and help prepare weekly progress reports. The role requires 2+ years in interior design/fit-out, strong communication, and the ability to work independently on-site with

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, Professional Certificate, or Diploma in Architecture/Interior Design (or equivalent).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and spoken).
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in an Interior Design and Fit-Out company.
• Willing to work extended hours to meet project deadlines.
• Must possess own transport.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently on-site with minimal supervision.
• Positive working attitude, disciplined, proactive, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Construction or Project Manager in monitoring project costs, verifying vendor claims, and managing material delivery schedules.
• Prepare insurance cover notes and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Supervise daily site operations to ensure smooth progress and adherence to plans.
• Track material arrivals, manage on-site storage, and prepare work forecast schedules.
• Maintain proper site documentation and filing in line with ISO standards.
• Prepare and submit accurate weekly project progress reports.
• Arrange and implement site protection measures, hoarding, signage, and safety equipment.
• Support the Project Manager/Quantity Surveyor in verifying vendor claims and preparing supporting documents.
