Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of construction experience, with a proven track record in high-rise residential/commercial developments.
• Knowledge of high-rise construction methodologies (aluminum formwork, tower crane logistics, deep foundation/piling, RC works, façade integration).
• Based in or willing to relocate/commute to Alor Setar, Kedah.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, site coordination and contractor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure work follows project plans, specs, and schedules.
• Monitor site progress to meet timelines.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, subcontractors, and workers for smooth operations.
• Ensure construction works comply with drawings, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and tools for efficiency.
• Conduct regular site inspections and report progress, issues, and delays.
