Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 5 years' work experience in the related field with exposure to high-rise buildings.
• Ability to lead technical staff and workers and follow up on project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations, including site preparation, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel for timely completion.
• Conduct inspections and rectification works promptly as needed.
