Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-rise construction projects from ground-breaking to handover at sites in Klang Valley. You will manage schedules, budgets, manpower, and contractors while maintaining safety and quality with full project accountability.

The role requires 15+ years in construction, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of contracts, procurement, and authority processes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction experience with high-rise or large-scale developments.
• Proven leadership in managing site teams, consultants and contractors.
• In-depth knowledge of contracts, construction methods, procurement and authority requirements.
• Strong coordination, reporting and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in site scheduling and budgeting; able to use related tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end project delivery: scheduling, construction, quality control, and safety.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams from pre-construction planning to DLP.
• Drive progress on-site, plan activities, manage manpower and materials efficiently.
• Monitor project milestones, cost, claims, variation orders, and billing.
• Conduct site reviews, ensure all documentation, authority submissions, and permits are in order.
• Lead regular site meetings, resolve technical and operational issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards (OSHA, QLASSIC, etc.).
• Review risk assessments, coordinate accident investigations, and implement corrective actions.
