Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 6 years of working experience in construction works.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate site activities, subcontractors, and workers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor work progress and ensure construction activities are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Conduct site inspections to enforce quality control and health & safety compliance.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, and suppliers to resolve site-related issues.
• Prepare and submit site reports, progress claims, and relevant documentation.
• Plan material, manpower, and equipment requirements ahead of time.
• Ensure all work complies with statutory regulations and company policies.
