Mayland Group of Company is seeking a qualified Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities for high-rise projects in Kuala Lumpur. You will ensure work quality, adhere to specifications, and maintain comprehensive site records with timely reporting to HQ.

You will interpret drawings, coordinate between consultants and contractors, conduct inspections and quality controls, and participate in site meetings. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Certificate/ Diploma in Architecture/ Building Construction or equivalent.
• At least 6 years of experience in supervision of construction and property development, especially high-rise constructions.
• Ability to interpret drawings and coordinate construction drawings between consultants and contractors.
• Ability to understand the ID works/ setting out/ reporting of work with photo.
• Good in technical knowledge.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage for interaction with Mandarin-speaking contractors and site personnel.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring quality of work and compliance with specifications and standards.
• Keep daily site records and report any site problems to superior.
• Identify and compile defects on site and report to superior for action.
• Ensure construction complies with drawings and specifications; perform inspections and tests as per plan.
• Maintain site records; review and verify technical submissions, shop drawings, RFIs, method statements.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and authorities on site matters.
• Attend site meetings and technical meetings with HQ team, contractors, consultants and authorities.
• Provide feedback to management on works implementation or rectifications.
• Handle and coordinate defects during the Defects Liability Period.
• Maintain all forms, documents, correspondence, and records on progress.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
