Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Senior Site Manager to lead on-site execution for high-rise property developments in Kuala Lumpur. You will drive daily operations, ensure safety and quality, and manage contractors and consultants from groundbreaking through handover.

You will report to the Project Director / Head of Projects and lead a project team including engineers, site supervisors, and safety officers, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in civil/structural engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years of site management experience on high-rise residential or commercial projects.
• Strong background in structural works, safety regulations, and quality standards (e.g., CONQUAS/QLASSIC).
• Excellent leadership, vendor management and problem-solving in fast-paced project environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations, structural works, architectural finishes, and M&E installations to meet quality, budget and schedule targets.
• Manage main contractors, sub-contractors, consultants and site personnel for smooth workflow, safety and QA.
• Perform structural integrity checks, review constructability drawings (C&S) and resolve critical site issues proactively.
• Report progress to senior management and track authority compliance.

As Senior Site Manager, you will lead the overall on-site execution and management of high-rise property development projects from groundbreaking through to handover.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations, structural works, architectural finishes, and mechanical & electrical (M&E) installations to ensure strict compliance with quality, budget, and timeline targets.




• Manage main contractors, sub-contractors, consultants, and site personnel to ensure smooth workflow, site safety, and quality assurance.




• Perform structural integrity checks, review constructability of C&S engineering drawings, and solve critical technical site issues proactively.




• Serve as the key link between site operations and senior corporate management, providing regular progress reports and authority compliance tracking.

Requirements:

• Recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.




• Minimum 8–10 years of site management experience, with a proven track record in high-rise residential or commercial projects.




• Strong technical background in structural works, safety regulations, and quality standards (e.g., CONQUAS / QLASSIC).




• Excellent leadership, vendor management, and problem-solving skills under fast-paced project conditions.
