• Based in or willing to relocate/commute to Alor Setar, Kedah.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, site coordination and contractor management skills.

SENIOR SITE SUPERVISOR (HIGH RISE PROJECT)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Supervisor to join our team in Alor Setar Kedah. As a full-time Senior Site Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure work is carried out according to project plans, specifications, and schedules.

Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed within the agreed timeline.

Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, subcontractors, and workers to ensure smooth site operations.

Ensure all construction works comply with approved drawings, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and tools to ensure efficient site operations.

Conduct regular site inspections and report work progress, issues, and delays to management.

Identify and resolve site-related issues in coordination with the project team.

Ensure proper housekeeping and compliance with site safety procedures.

Guide and supervise site supervisors, workers, and subcontractors to achieve project targets.

Prepare daily work reports and maintain proper site documentation.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager or management.

Requirement

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, Construction Management, or equivalent

Minimum 3 – 5 years of construction experience, with a proven track record in High-Rise Residential / Commercial developments (e.g., Serviced Apartments, Condominiums, Multi‑story Commercial Complexes)

Good knowledge of high‑rise construction methodologies (e.g., aluminum formwork, tower crane logistics, deep foundation/piling, structural RC works, and façade integration)

Based in or willing to relocate/commute to Alor Setar, Kedah
