We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Supervisor to join N.I. Interior Design & Furniture SDN. BHD. in Balakong, Selangor. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in overseeing on-site operations and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety and efficiency. As Senior Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing daily site activities, coordinating with various teams, and maintaining strict adherence to project schedules and budgets. This role is strategically important to our operations, as you will be the key point of contact ensuring seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities, including labour management, material handling, and equipment usage
• Monitor project progress against timelines and budgets, identifying and addressing any deviations promptly
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections and safety briefings
• Manage communication between site teams, clients, contractors and head office to maintain project alignment
• Quality control inspection of all work performed, ensuring adherence to design specifications and standards
• Coordinate material procurement and inventory management to prevent delays or wastage
• Prepare daily reports, site documentation and maintain accurate record-keeping
• Lead and mentor site personnel, fostering a productive and safety-conscious work environment

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in site supervision, preferably within industrial engineering, construction or interior design and furniture manufacturing
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously whilst maintaining quality standards
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, construction practices and site management protocols
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities with the capacity to motivate and supervise diverse teams
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications and project blueprints
• Strong organisational and planning skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
• Sound financial acumen with the ability to monitor budgets and control project costs
• Excellent communication skills in English and Malay, with the ability to liaise effectively with all stakeholders
• Computer literacy including proficiency with project management and Microsoft Office software
• Relevant qualifications in civil engineering, construction management or industrial engineering would be advantageous
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel as required
