Job summary

Mr.T Renovation & Design Sdn Bhd is seeking a Site Supervisor with 1–3 years of working experience in interior design/renovation or construction. Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will oversee daily site activities and ensure work aligns with drawings, shop drawings and specifications.

You will coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and clients, uphold safety and quality standards, read drawings, manage deadlines, and travel to project sites as required. Own transport is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in site supervision within interior design/renovation or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of renovation processes, building materials, carpentry, M&E coordination, and finishing details.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings, and specifications.
• Familiar with local building regulations, safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Good communication and leadership skills to coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Able to work under pressure, handle multiple sites, and meet tight deadlines.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, monitor, and coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, quality, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, and suppliers to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Inspect workmanship and finishing to maintain high quality of interior design and renovation works.
• Report site progress, issues, and updates to Project Manager/Designer.
• Monitor materials delivery, usage, and storage to minimize wastage.
• Resolve technical or site-related issues and provide practical solutions.
• Prepare site reports, progress photos, and update project documentation.
• Attend client meetings, site inspections, and handover sessions when required.
