Job summary

INDS CAPITAL SDN BHD is seeking a passionate Site Supervisor to oversee daily on-site activities across Malaysia and international projects. You will coordinate contractors, monitor progress, and ensure works align with drawings and schedules.

The role welcomes fresh graduates and requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to work independently. Travel for overseas visits and proficiency in MS Office are expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – eager to learn and grow.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Willing to travel for site supervision and overseas visits.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic project reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities to ensure works follow approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate and monitor contractors, subcontractors, and workers on site.
• Ensure construction works are carried out according to project schedule.
• Conduct site inspections and report progress to the project team.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with architect, consultant, and contractors for solutions.
• Ensure site safety practices and housekeeping are properly maintained.
• Monitor material delivery and usage on site.
• Assist in quality control (QC) to ensure workmanship meets required standards.
• Attend site meetings and prepare basic site reports when required.
