Job summary

Polymorph Recruitment invites an experienced Semiconductor Materials Sales Manager to lead Malaysia sales across EMC, photoresist, and wet process chemicals. You will engage with FAB, OSAT and electronics manufacturers, develop strategic plans, and own the entire sales cycle with cross-functional support from HQ teams.

You will combine deep knowledge of semiconductor packaging with strong commercial acumen, traveling within Malaysia and periodically to SEA to secure new opportunities and grow

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field. Master’s is an advantage.
• 3+ years of technical sales or business development in semiconductor materials, equipment or specialty chemicals.
• Experience serving FAB, OSAT or advanced packaging customers in Malaysia or SEA.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial growth in Malaysia, driving revenue from EMC, photoresist, wet chemicals and other materials.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to hit revenue targets across Malaysia and SEA.
• Build pipeline through prospecting, industry events and channel partnerships.
• Own full sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, quotation, negotiation and post-sale management.
• Advise customer engineering teams on material selection and process integration.
