Job summary

Aemulus Corporation Sdn Bhd is seeking a Technical Sales Manager/Engineer in Penang to identify opportunities, qualify leads, and drive SEA and China markets. You will collaborate with hardware and software teams to translate customer needs into actionable plans and deliver on sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor equipment or Semiconductor Test Industry.
• Fresh graduates and junior candidates are welcome for Technical Sales Engineer.
• Strong technical background and proven track record collaborating with customers.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; Mandarin proficiency advantageous for China support.
• Proactive, energetic, resourceful, and driven with a focus on success.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a close-knit team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new leads; assess business potential and explore market opportunities in Malaysia, SEA, or China.
• Initiate sales calls to promote the company’s products and services.
• Focus on new account development and customer management.
• Demonstrate the value of solutions to potential customers.
• Develop project schedules, milestones, and deliverables for customer projects.
• Translate customer requirements into tasks for all functional areas; track and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with hardware and software engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
• Provide regular updates on program and customer status to management.
• Attend customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Achieve sales and business development targets set by the company.
