Agensi Pekerjaan & Perundingcara Bright Prospect Sdn Bhd is recruiting a Key Account Manager to oversee strategic semiconductor accounts in Northern Malaysia. You will drive sales, build relationships, and promote automation solutions to semiconductor customers and equipment manufacturers.

Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, account management or business development, preferably in semiconductor, industrial automation or manufacturing.
Experience dealing with semiconductor companies, equipment OEMs, machine builders or system integrators will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow strategic semiconductor accounts and develop long-term customer relationships.
Develop account strategies and sales plans to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
Identify business opportunities with semiconductor equipment OEMs, machine builders and system integrators.
Engage customers during the early stages of equipment design and development to introduce automation solutions.
Understand customer processes, automation requirements and future expansion plans to identify sales opportunities.
Work closely with Business Development, Application Engineering and Product Management teams to develop solutions and proposals.
Manage the complete sales cycle from customer engagement, quotation and negotiation through to order follow-up and after-sales support.
Monitor semiconductor industry trends, customer investments and competitor activities.
Conduct customer presentations, technical seminars and solution workshops to strengthen customer engagement and market presence.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
