Job summary

Nstarts Consultants Company Limited in Malaysia is seeking a driven Sales Manager to grow the business and manage key semiconductor customers nationwide. You will promote ATE testers, handler systems, and related test solutions, owning the full sales cycle from initial contact to project delivery.

We value a Bachelor's degree in engineering, at least 3 years in semiconductor sales or testing, and strong English and Chinese communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field required.
• At least 3 years of sales or project experience in semiconductor packaging and testing or semiconductor test equipment.
• Good understanding of semiconductor assembly and test processes.
• Experience with ATE testers, handlers, or similar equipment preferred.
• Existing semiconductor customer relationships in Malaysia advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and achieve sales targets in Malaysia.
• Build and manage relationships with semiconductor assembly and test customers.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including customer visits, solution discussions, quotations, negotiations, and project follow-up.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and identify new customers and business opportunities.
